Once in & searching for problem, Bailey didn't hesitate to inform me that the issue was confusing, not seen before, but went through different scenarios to find a cause of why my laptop was performing the way it was. Eventually it got the better of him, but didn't leave it there & ended up taking it with him to have a more thorough look at home. His main concern was losing data by trying other methods but after today (Wednesday) I found out he had some success & no data was lost & it's still running nicely since it's return. The best part of this service, was the quick response to my email & an appointment the next day. At this stage I'm still waiting for a response from 2 other dealers, so that's why I'm happy with the service.
