1-hour onsite or remote tech support
A computer that won’t cooperate can throw out your whole day. Start with an hour of practical tech support from Mobile Computer Geeks. We’ll help with the problem in front of you, at your home, business or remotely where suitable.

What can we help with in an hour?
An email account that won’t send, a slow laptop or a printer that has gone missing from your computer. Everyday tech problems are exactly what we’re here for.
Use your appointment to tackle the main issue first. If time allows, we can look at other questions or settings while we’re there. Tell us what’s most important when you book so we can make good use of the visit.
An hour is a starting point, rather than a promise that every fault can be fixed in that time. Large transfers, hardware repairs and more involved problems may need longer. We’ll discuss the work and charges before continuing beyond the agreed scope.

Need a hand with your computer?
Our local Geeks come to you at home or work, or help remotely, across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and Redland Bay. No surcharge for same-day, weekend or after-hours appointments, subject to availability. Instant confirmation when you book online.

One appointment, plenty of ways we can help
Computers and laptops
Slow startup, error messages or software that keeps crashing? We can investigate the fault, help with settings and discuss repair options. See our computer repair services for more of the problems we work on.
iPads and Android tablets
Get help connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up accounts, installing apps and finding your way around the screen. Our tablet support is useful when a new device feels unfamiliar or an old one stops behaving.
Mobile phones
Changing phones shouldn’t mean losing track of your contacts and photos. We help with account setup, available data transfers, email and everyday settings. Read about mobile device setup before your next upgrade.
Files and backups
We can help set up a backup, locate files or assess a data problem. Recovery and large transfers can take longer than an hour, so let us know what has happened and which files matter most.
Internet and Wi-Fi
Dropouts, weak coverage and devices that won’t connect can have several causes. We can check your setup and narrow down the problem. Our Wi-Fi support covers home and business connection issues.
Email and printers
We help add accounts, investigate mail problems and reconnect compatible printers. If there’s a particular error message, have it handy. It can help us get started without having to wait for the fault to happen again.
Help that fits around your day
You can book online whenever it suits you and choose from the appointments available. We’ll help work out whether you need an onsite visit or whether remote support is suitable.
You’ll get a straightforward explanation of what we find and what your options are. Bring your questions, even the small ones. Knowing what caused a problem and how to handle it next time can be just as useful as getting it fixed today.
How your appointment works
1. Tell us what's happening
Book online or call 07 3063 7616. Include the device, the symptoms and anything you’ve already tried. We’ll confirm the appointment arrangements.
2. Start with the main problem
Your technician will check the issue and talk you through the work. Keep any relevant chargers, account access and error messages available.
3. Agree on any further work
If the job needs more time or parts, we’ll explain what’s involved. You can discuss the options before deciding how to proceed.
4. Check the result together
We’ll go through what changed and any next steps. Ask us to show you the tasks you were having trouble with before we wrap up.
